Neuhaus gratings
Helling & Neuhaus gratings are available in a wide range of versions. Here's a short summary of the different types. Our special strength is the production of individual forms and dimensions within the shortest possible amount of time. Please contact us if you have any questions!
Standard gratings
You can order Neuhaus HighSolid standard gratings directly from our stock.
We have a large warehouse with standard dimension gratings and can therefore quickly process even very large orders. Customized productions (e.g., connections, transition parts) can be delivered within a few days. The material consists of hot galvanized steel with a special tensile strength. It is available in the mesh sizes and bearing bar dimensions listed below.
All standard gratings have an all-round U-profile edge.
The profiled edge is at the same level as the bearing and filling bars, allowing us to achieve even higher torsion strengths without difficulty.

*Square individual pieces of grating should be avoided in order to prevent mix-ups of the bearing bar direction when laying it. Variations are permissible if the individual square grating is supported on all sides.
Customized gratings and special orders
Our production covers the entire range of possibilities:
- special orders
- round and square cut-outs
- ingates
- height-adjustable HighSolid grating
- angle frames for all grating dimensions
...and all of the above in hot galvanized steel and high-grade steel, with smooth or anti-slip bars.
Ingates and cut-outs are framed with flat material at a strength of your choice.
According to the client-specific requirements, we produce HighSolid grating with a level of precision down to the millimeter. Especially in the area of facade facings and noise protection walls, new design dimensions have been developed.
Steps
Neuhaus HighSolid steps are produced in the same bearing and filling bar dimensions as the gratings.
Each step has a perforated anti-slip security edge. All lateral panels have a drill hole and oblong hole facilitating the adjustment of the cheek during the installation.

Anti-slip grating
Anti-slip grating is highly recommended if hazardous situations are likely to occur due to the use of oils and greases or where the formation of dirt, mud and ice may arise.
Its use is mandatory in many areas. Neuhaus increases the anti-slip properties through purely constructive means - through different recesses in the bearing and/or filling bars.
